Cloud not saving videos despite being connected!!

I’ve got 15 cameras set up on this. 13 of them work and store videos, 2 of them do not. The settings are the same for all.

I can view live video on the 2 affected but nothing stores for the past 2 weeks and I have no footage.

I’ve tried reconnecting to the cloud but this has not helped. Before I get a very tall ladder to access them and reset, is there anything that could be the issue via the app or servers?

Vedb, did you get any help ? I have the same situation. It is crazy. I have 6 cameras and suddenly 3 are not recording or saving it to the cloud, otherwise they do work fine. My subscription is active.
