Can't reset Yi home 1080p camera

Hi Steven,

I just had the same issue with my 1080p Camera.
I bought a Kamicloud subscription but unfortunately, few days ago my camera lost the app and was not abble to connect again.
Camera bought by amazon in 2020.
The camera is stuck, disable to connect.

I have the same Prob with two of my Cameras. The other three still running :frowning:

Can’t connect them and can’t reset them.

Buy: prop. 2 years ago on Amazon. Until now, we pay every month for the cloud…

So if anyone has a Idea on how to reset my 44HVH cam I’ve pushed the rest nothing. Tried different plugs. The yellow stays on and nothing. Out of the 10 cams I have this one is the only on that isn’t working.

I have 3 same cameras, 1 year ago 1 of them stoped working and now I have two with the same problem.

please help , maybe there is a pc software that you can hard reset or update firmwear from

Hello, I have the same issue and contacted support. I bought it about 2 years ago and my 4 cameras won’t connect.

Hi, I’m having the same problem, the yellow light keeps on flashing, I’ve done a reset but it doesn’t give any effect. Out of the 10 Yi Home cameras I’ve used, only this one has the problem. What’s the solution?

I’m really struggling with the same problem…tried a lot of options shared here. But still having trouble.

Hi Kami,
I changed my router and managed to reset 3 cameras and connect to the new network easily.
The 4th camera didn’t work despite practicing several actions which some I ready here.
-I removed the memory card
-Off the router and on it after 30min
-Power off the camera and then on later
-Deleted the camera in the app earlier before
With all these trials the camera failed to reset, no beeping no camera reset sound. I tried to add it to the app (with assumption that may the reset is successful despite the silence) but it failed to connect/read the QR code.
PLEASE ASSIST.
