im not exactly sure what happened but when i bought a new outdoor camera and got rid of 2 indoor dome cameras i ended up getting charged $129.00 for cloud which is fine but the account its under i don’t recognize or know how to log back into. I have an account with my email but theres no cloud and i have to re-pair my
camera again
