Since this morning I can’t log into the YI desktop app on my computer (Windows 11). Yesterday and in the previous days everything was working. Every time I try to connect I see an error Login Fail (-10003)
Please try this to resolve your issue:
- Please delete the downloaded installer and restart your computer.
- Please download the installer using this link https://kamihome.com/firmware/
- Try to install it again.
