Can’t log into my account

Hello,

I’m having issues logging into my account. I setup my account via Apple ID login and pay for cloud storage. One day, I am completely logged out of my account and try to log back in with my Apple ID. It appears my account is gone. I contacted customer support but they can’t help me because I don’t have a typical email user name since again I setup via Apple ID. I have my receipt for my cloud subscription. But that doesn’t seem to be enough for customer support. Not sure what to do here. Please advise.

It happened to me the same yesterday (happened also two years ago and that time support replied me), but this time once i wrote to support@yitechnology.com the recipient is full and my mail came back.
The link you posted up here doesn’t contain any email address or I don’t see any way to contact anyone, so not helpful.
I need my account back, with my camera and my paid Kami plan, how can I do?
(already deleted and reinstalled the app, nothing changed).

The same has happened to me today. The camera had a fault, saying network unavailable -3003. I tried powering off/on, resetting, deleting the app, and then reinstalling it. Now I can’t even sign into the app.

Do you have any suggestions on how to fix it or who to contact? It is difficult to find an email address to ask for help.

It’s unbeliavable!
Nobody was answering me till I found this address online through their websites: home_subscription@kamivision.com
There I had assistance but in the end they never gave me an explication, I had toc reate a new account and they moved the cloud plan to the new one, but in the end I had also to reset and reinstall all the cameras. Really bad service
