Hello,
I’m having issues logging into my account. I setup my account via Apple ID login and pay for cloud storage. One day, I am completely logged out of my account and try to log back in with my Apple ID. It appears my account is gone. I contacted customer support but they can’t help me because I don’t have a typical email user name since again I setup via Apple ID. I have my receipt for my cloud subscription. But that doesn’t seem to be enough for customer support. Not sure what to do here. Please advise.
