I want to know if there is a way I can record or detect sound when there is no motion at the same time.
My child has been having nightmares and will talk or have conversations in her sleep that I’m hoping I can hear what she’s saying and figure out what her nightmares are involving.
I have soft music playing in her room and when she talks she is quite loud. I thought I could adjust the sensitivity so it would catch her and not the music, but it won’t seem to record without there being motion. And I can’t rewind it to listen as theres nothing being recorded to rewind.
Is this possible?

Most of our camera model is has a sound detection feature, please refer to the screenshot.
1.Open the YI Home app
2.Tap the camera
3.Hit settings, then smart detection
4.Under smart detection toggle the switch for sound detection
