Cameras stopped working well after composing subscription!

Cameras stopped working well after have phurchased a Cloud subscription!
I have two cameras; one with a subscription and one without a subscription. The one with the subscription has stopped issuing “Motion Alerts” and the other continues to issue too many false alerts and has stopped recording notifications on the SD memory card! Something is very wrong with your service!
Also, the tech support does not answer to my requests!
Do I have to change brands and buy more camreas from another brand?

Anyone knows what is happening with the software of the cameras?
