Cameras Recording on Cloud Only One Minute

Hello everyone!

We have been using 8 YI cameras in our business for three years now in the different sectors. Recently, about two weeks ago, 7 of the 8 cameras only record one minute per hour in the cloud. No settings were changed and we did not find anything about it.

We already tested by turning the camera off and on, and unlinked it to connect it again. Any ideas?
