My yi cameras have not been working for 7 days. No activity motion videos will download / play. Instead it says “video download failed, switch to camera automatically.” I have emailed tech support they say they are aware of the issue, but will not update me further. 7 days! Has anyone else had this issue. How to fix? Why no customer support… Very poor.
