Camera YI Pro 2K with problems

I bought a set of 2 YI Pro 2K cameras this week on Amazon, but one of the cameras is having problems. There’s no sound, I can’t sync it with the app and it keeps making noises.

Please make you reset the camera prior to performing the pairing steps.
