I have bought 5 camera like 1,5 year ago but two of them not moving up and down any suggestions
Hi @Jean thanks for joining the forum. Can you please let me know the model of the cameras that are no longer able to tilt?
I would recommend updating to the latest version of the YI or Kami Home app and if you are prompted to update the firmware of the camera please do so.
