After the latest update on Android, the app wouldn’t allow me to view my cameras. When selecting the camera it would state ‘Network connection failed, please check network settings’.
Afterultipke attempts I tried logging out of the app and logging back in. However now I can’t log in as it states ‘network connection timeout, please try again later’.
This appears to be a greater issue as there are multiple recent reviews stating the same issue.
Please can you confirm this is being fixed asap and when a fix will be due? I can’t access or benotifed of any activity on my cameras
