Hello, the software team released a new update for the YI Home/Kami App to fix the app crashing issue you have been experiencing. Try downloading the latest version of the app. This is now fixed.
This is September 2023. The crashing is not fixed!!!Please help it’s very annoying.!!
Having same issue, app will crash with pretty much everything I try to do. Needing to update the Wi-Fi as that changed recently but cannot because it crashes every single time. Please fix this because the app and my cameras that I pay for a membership for are rendered useless.
