I have new internet with T-mobile and I cannot get it to connect- help!
Yes, sometimes my camera looks away when you come up on it.
I also have a bad time keeping them on line.
Any solutions to keep camera and phone connected?
I have to turn off power & power them up. Will not connect on the refresh.

People need to realize this is not a good company. Their products and services are problematic and customer service is non existent. My cameras stopped recording activity to SD card after updating and they have not offered a solution.
