We bought a 1 year cloud plan but the 18 digit code we got does not work. For several days I have tried to get my point across to costumer support but either they dont understand (language barrier) or im not getting any respons at all. Its like as soon as we paid the support stopped and no one understands english anymore 🤦. The contact I had with support before buying worked fine language wise. I just want a code that works and im getting really really annoyed at this point
