1080p Yi does not connect, resets at the end of the configuration

The camera was working normally and stopped suddenly, I did the reset and I was unable to configure it over the wifi, I follow the step by step and when scanning the QR code gives the confirmation message and restarts without saving the settings, please be somebody can you help me I appreciate it … I already downloaded the update and put it in the SD CARD and it still didn’t work.

Hey @adelmartins Thanks for sharing this information with us. I am sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your camera & app.

What is your firmware version? Can you manually update via the app?
What is your camera model?
What is your phone model and operating system,?
Which app are you using, Yi Home or Kami Home?
Have you tried a different SD card?

Just a few questions to help point us in the right direction. Many thanks for your patience and assistance while we work to understand this a little better.

  • I can’t update through the application, I tried the manual process by copying the file to the SDCARD but without success

What is your camera model?
Yi Camera 1080p

What is your phone model and operating system,?

  • Infinix Zero 8, Android 10

Which app are you using, Yi Home or Kami Home?

  • Yi Home

Have you tried a different SD card?
Yes, 8gb and 32GB but not sucess.

I have another 7 cameras and all are working normally, only this one had this problem
