ok so my 1080pdome cameras status light is flashing yellow and the rest don’t do nothing and i cant pair the cameras on the app on my phone wifif is the same and they are in the room with wifi can some one help me please i tired doing the firmware up date but nothing happens just the same flashing yelllow light HELP ME PLstrong textEASE
I would give a reset a go and see what happens.

Hello @Slime1031, sorry about the issue you’ve encountered. Please perform a factory reset to the camera.
From my experience this is a firmware issue. You can try putting the firmware on an SD card and restart the camera. If that doesn’t work, there are some alternate firmware installs out there that can “un-brick” the device so you can re-install the factory firmware. Support should be able to walk you through re-loading the firmware.
I have same problem on a brand new YI home 1080p camera.
Yellow led is stucked, reset does not work.
