1080 Indoor YI issue

**I have had the YI indoor 1080 cam for a few years now. Rarely had any issues. My camera reset itself a few days ago and will not scan the QR code to link back to my app. I have reset multiple times. Triple checked the wifi codes to make sure they are correct on the 2gz service, reset the router multiple times as well. I am using the original phone I used to set all 4 cams up and the other 3 are working normal besides this one. I have reached out to support with no reply over 24 hours. Can anyone help? I also tried to firmware trick with the SD card and laptop. Still nothing. **
