YI Smart Dash Camera not connect to app anymore

Hello!

Have “YI Smart Dash Camera” with SN: CABBA, firmware on Dash cam is V-1.03.026-US
Phone: Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S, Android 10, MIUI 11.0.5 stable global

Tried many things: delete app data, reinstall app, factory reset. I forbid changing networks to assure cam is connected to phone WiFi. Phone find cam and WiFi pairing is fine. When start app just get error “Connection failed Dashcam not responding. Please restart dashcam and try again”.

Anyone have any advice? Don’t have any other problems (recording and other functions works fine).

@dxdy I apologize for the error you receive in the app. When Wi-Fi is on, your phone could be trying to connect to an available Wi-Fi network and disconnecting from the camera’s internal network. Have you tried to use a different Android phone (Google/ Samsung) or iPhone (Apple) to see if this error still exists? What exact version of Android 10 is currently running?

Thank you for answer. After disabling all networks (also asked neighbor to disable his network) camera connected to app.

btw, android is 10.QKQ1.190828.002
