Yi outdoor camera speaking chinese

Hello, my name is Monica and a few weeks ago via Amazon I purchased an outdoor yi camera #IFUSY59G9A. It kept disconnecting so troubleshooting on the app suggested to reset so that’s what I did. Now the camera is speaking Chinese and won’t connect/pair. How do I fix this issue

Hey @Monirlow What version of the app are you using? Can you update the app version to the most recent release? Log out of your account, sign back in and make sure you region is currently selected. Delete the cameras from your app, then repair. Let me know how it goes :slight_smile:
