Hi guys, my yi outdoor camera has started to record everyone other alert from the free 6 sec clip, it only does it during the daylight clips but at night it alerts and records all the clips. I don’t know what is going on with it. Please help, picture is attached.
No. Its just the free version, 6 second clips. But it never used to do this before. And at night it doesn’t do it. It records all the alerts at night.

Not the most helpful of responses this, but have you tried resetting your problematic camera to see if that will clear the annoying experience you are having?
Then set up the camera again via the App ‘as new’.
Just an idea to try to see if this will clear the problem.

I had the same issue as you.
Do you have any additional apps connected to control the camera like the Alexa skill / google?
When I removed the Alexa skill mine started to work again.
This is after a lonnnng conversation and basic troubleshooting with the support team. I had given up. My camera was out of warranty so couldn’t be replaced.
Hey, I have Google home but I just reset the camera and it started working again. I hope it lasts this time.
