Camera night offline, IR on.
IR off camera online. Problem
Hello @Yifun Welcome to the community! Please go to your settings for the camera in question, then select “Camera Settings”. Double check that your IR is toogled to the “on” position. If the camera is toogled on and still no IR, please contact our support team at www.kamihome.com/contact
This is a power issue.
I had this issue. Every night at a different time the camera would go offline. Took me a while to realise the USB adapter was causing the problem. I wasn’t using the Yi ones and had bought my own ones but they were below 1amp
IR lights increased the power load and caused the camera to shut down.
I purchased higher amp plugs. No more problems
