Need help with “waiting to connect” issue for yrs. 3019 home guard camera. Is there any way to manually update firmware? Where it can be downloaded from?

You will need to download the firmware to your computer then add an SD card (you’ll require an adapter usually) to upload it. Please note to format your SD card first so it’s empty.
With your camera powered off, insert the SD then turn it back on.
Is the any way to do factory reset? Since standard reset does not helo.
The standard reset is a factory reset. Sometimes, for some customers / devices, it takes multiple resets. I would attempt to follow the instructions to set it up again.
- make sure your router is broadcasting 2.4ghz wifi only so you know the camera and mobile device are linked to it
- make sure location setting is enable and allowed for the app
- maybe delete and reinstall the app
- move closer to your router
- check the password for the wifi is correct.
If it fails again note where it fails. If you get any audio errors and what if anything the led status is like.
