yi home camera error code 33

i have 16 yi cameras and 4 of 16 cameras bought 5-6 month earlier. all of them are EU .
i live in iran and connect as united kingdom region. everything was good until ios app version 4.
after update ios yi home app to version 4 some cameras cant be live but i can still 6 seconds cloud video and when i want to see live i must connect under same wifi cameras connnet or from another wifi or mobile data i must connect over the vpn .with vpn or with same wifi i can see live otherwise camera message error code -33

Hi Arman. Welcome to the forum. Wow, 16 cameras! :grinning: That must be a well secured property!

When you connect via the VPN do you select somewhere in EU as the region? Have you tried logging out of the app and selecting a EU location then logging back in? If not you could try that and it see if it helps.

Yes, it is completely secure

My problem started when the region section in the login part change from Europe to separate countries.
When it was on Europe, all my cameras were great, but in the new update, Europe was not, and I had to choose the United Kingdom, where four cameras did not show live.
Only when I am connected to the same wifi or with a vpn they give a live Otherwise only six seconds of cloud video and notification motion detection.
Live error Code for 4 cameras is (-33).
On my android device I can downgrade Yihome app to the older version that has EU region and all things is perfect but on my iPhone I can’t downgrade.

We can on the back end that all 16 cameras are located on our EU server and should be available selecting the location UK (or any EU country).

Also, we can see that you are using an older iOS version, can you please update to iOS 13.7 version and see if that helps?

All my cameras are EU and that 4 cameras That they have problem are yihome 720
I have 6 yi outdoor 1080 and 10 yihome 720 cameras.
All of them are EU version.
I am installing 13.7
As I said on my android phone that has yihome app with 4.0.3 version everything is great but on my iPhone and iPad with yihome app version 4.3.17 i have problem.

Thanks for the information Arman. Does your iPad connect to mobile data? Does your iPad stream ok over your Wifi?

My ipad is just wifi but on my iPhone I haven’t live on LTE or other wifi.
