I have the app on both pc and tablet. I can adjust where the camera looks via the tablet app, but not on the pc app. Why not? Am I just missing something?
Just for clarity what camera are you using a pan & tilt one I assume and therefore you are saying the control joystick is missing on the windows (pc) version?

Can you please check to see if you PC app is up to date with the most current version?
And, can you send a screenshot of your PC view?
