Yi home 1080p not pairing after firmware updating

Hello everyone.
For 2 days my 4 Yi home 1080p Ai+ have stopped working, after a firmware “update” through the App.
I have contacted customer support, they gave me the firmware file but it still doesn’t work. Ticket 774538.
After following the steps and downloading the firmware to the SD, I now have the following:

  • 2 cameras that speak to me in Chinese (I don’t understand anything but thanks to the Google translator I know they manage to connect to the WIFI leaving the permanent blue light, but then they no longer pair and ask for a reset).
  • 1 camera in a constant loop, solid yellow, blinking yellow
  • 1 camera that does not allow reset is always in solid yellow and not even because it uses a needle on its reset button does it.

Can you help me?

I bought a set of four Yi Pro cameras. 3 worked perfectly first time. Final camera was on yellow, but no sound or success in pairing. Firmware had been updated,reset button pressed, but no success. It’s the camera faulty?
