Hello everyone,
I am facing a problem with 2 of my camera Yi Home 1080p (I have 9 in total!).
After we unplug the cameras, we couldn’t turn it on anymore. So we I plug it the yellow light turn on and that’s it. If I try to reset it, nothing happen
Maybe someone had the same issue and could help me

Hello. What is the state of the yellow led:

Yellow light + Steady on: Power-on

Yellow light + Slow flash : Waiting for connection

Yellow light + Steady flash : Firmware update required
Can you also explain how you attempted to reset the camera? I assume you unplugged the camera to move it?
Is it in the same location as before when working? Are you using the same network and power source? Any changes in your environment?
And you only reset the camera because of the yellow led showing?

What is the power source to the camera?
How far away from the Wifi is it?
Reset you’re wifi. Unplug it for at least 30 seconds. Reconnect.
Make sure that your wifi is connected to 2.4ghz when connected not 5g.
How many walls inbetween the camera and the router?
What is the outer most wall made of?
