I own 2 cameras, yi dome U and yi dome U pro and my question is,
how many days the 6-second clip will be stored in the cloud?
because i read somewhere that we get 7 days free storage, but in reality i cant see any longer than yesterday.
Hello. Yes the six seconds feee cloud alerts are seven days. Unless of course they are user deleted.
Hi, i can assure you that i only get 24 hour storage for these cam, all previous footages over 24 hours are deleted. is there anything wrong? or is it only 24 hour for this type of camera?
i have an older yi camera which still have 6 seconds alert footage saved on the cloud for 7 days.
Hi. I have just been doing some reading about this model and I have learnt something new. For this model the storage is 24 hours only. Not sure why the difference in storage to other products.
