Yi Dome Guard Error. "Pairing Has Time Out Please Reset The Camera"

I’m from Indonesia. I’m a Yi Dome Guard user. Yesterday suddenly the camera disappeared from my Yi Home account. After that I reset, and reconnected. It turned out that it couldn’t with the statement “Pairing Has Time Out Please Reset The Camera”. How do I get my Yi Dome to reconnect? Is my unit damaged?. Or is there a solution?. It seems that after changing to “KAMI”, the connection is not as stable as it used to be.

Hey @seelose Thanks for coming to the community forum. That is definitely strange. When logged out of the app, can you double check to make sure your region is correct? You’ll find your region in the upper right corner of the screen on the app login page.

My region is correct. Still doesn’t want to pair. Is my unit damaged?. Can it be accessed without an application?
