Yi dome camera 1080p not responding

Hi
After a time that the camera was off line after connecting I have orange light .
And not responsive at all
I tried to do reset but still no response form the camera .
When I start reinstalled it’s not saying anything .
And not responsive

Is the light flashing or is it solid?
What is your camera model?
What is the power source to the camera?
How far away from the router is it?
Is your router using 2.4ghz or 5g?

How many walls in between the camera and wifi router?

The light is solid the upper orange light
The model is yi dome camera 1080p
Very close to the router that has dual band .
I tried several power source .
I can’t find the original power source of the camera
When I connect to power source it not even move

If the organs light you mean is actually yellow I have heard that this can sometimes be corrected by inserting a previously formatted (via your computer to FAT32) Micro SD card into your camera.

You would need to reset the camera and try to set up again.

This may help. But there are no guarantees.

Hey @Ariel Thank you for providing info about your set up. Make sure, that both your phone & wifi router are connected to 2.4ghz.

Give the suggestion a shot recommend by YorkShireUser above.

Do you have any other Yi or Kami Cameras?

All I can think of at the moment would be to check the USB adapter that it is supplying enough power to the camera.

Hey @Ariel any chance you are able to locate the power cable that was sent with the camera?

Found the original outlet and original cable but still same reaction .
Only yellow light trunk on no movement no possible to factory reset
