YI Dome 1080 has problems connecting to Server (only when using 4G on the Android APP)

I have just installed a new YI dome 1080 and, only this one, has big problem to connect when using Android app but only when using 4G…

The camera already has the latest FW, it has a very stong WiFi signal and that I have other 3 YI Camera (2x Outdoor and 1x Dome 720) and all of them works fine … of course all 4 cameras has the same wifi/same router…

Why only the new one has such problem?
If it was a wifi/router problems all of them should have problems… but instead 3 works perfectly (the old ones) and 1 has problems (the new one) but ONLY when using 4G… when using Wifi normally it works

The error that often appears is 3003

The camera is never going offline… and the problem happens only when using 4G…
When I am at home connected to wifi there is no problem
Is it more clear now?

Update:
the problem with 4G happens (apparently) only when using ILIAD operator…

The question is: what is different from YI dome 1080 (Dome guard) which doesn’t work… vs YI dome 720 which instead works with ILIAD?

Does it use different network traffic ports?

It is possible you set the YI Dome 1080 to work as the old YI Dome 720?
