I purchased 15 YI 1080K cameras and 3 google Chromebook to display them. This worked for a year until two weeks ago when YI asked me to update App on my chrome books. after this ‘update’, the YI app disappeared from my Chromebooks and can NOT be reinstalled. I have reached out to both Google and YI, multiple times. YI told me that it never worked on Chromebook. Something strange and fishy is going on here!!
Hey @klfernan Thanks for coming to the forum. Ive seen it work with some people changing their DNS record to 8.8.8.8 and have had some success for Android devices like Chromebook with this trick. I will follow up with the team here to get some more information.
