Curious if anyone else uses this one, after the last update it disconnects and now, I can’t get it to work again I’ve reset it many times is there a way to get it to roll back the update or send it the last update to fix itself,

Can you confirm if there’s no voice prompt after resetting the camera? Also, does the indicator show a flashing yellow light? You may have to contact our support team if the camera behaves this way. You can submit a support ticket here: https://store.kamihome.com/pages/contact.
