YI 1080p indoor camera stopped working

So suddenly the camera disconnected, I tried to reset it but it seems to not work, and can’t reconnect it again.
it also started to speak only Chinese for some reason so I’ve no idea of what’s the problem.

any suggestions?

What app version do you have?
What is your firmware version?
Did the app or firmware recently update?
Operating system?

I contacted support, still waiting for a response from them.

My app version is 5.4.0
I can’t answer in regard to the firmware cause I have no idea what it is, sorry.
