Yi 1080 camera went off line, now it can’t reconnect

Our last camera just went off line a couple weeks ago. Used to have three, but the other two were not used much, so it didn’t matter much until the third went down.
I have been thru every self help step published on your website, multiple times. I have received emails from two different people that do not appear to be reading what I wrote.
I need help from a person who will read what my problem is and understand that I have already done all the stuff they recommend.
Reset cameras, triple checked WiFi info, rebooted routers, nothing is working.
