Windows App not letting me login

Hi, Is anyone else having issues logging into the windows app for their home camera?

Mine was working fine up to the beginning of this week. when I tried to login with my usual password, then all of a sudden told me i had an incorrect password and wouldn’t let me login

I haven’t changed the password.

So I clicked on the reset password link, and get a message saying “Get verification code fail”
and it wont let me reset the password

Can anyone offer some help please?

Can you please confirm the Windows App that you have on your PC?
