I bougth the official waterproff case designed for 4k action camera. I choose the oficial waterproff case among others waterproff cases because I though it was specially dessigned for this camera. Unfortunately, some water entered at very low deep, 1 meter aproximately. After this bad experience, the wifi connexion of my YI 4K action camera stopped working and I am not able to connect my action camera with my phone. We downloaded the last firmware v1.10.9 but still do not works. I also checked the wifi connexion in different phones and it does not work in any of them. I am very upset with this situation because I spent a lot of money in a top quality camara and its official waterproff case complement and I feel cheated, unless this was a punctual defect of this device. I wonder what are the soluctions tha YI company gives for these bad quality cases.
