When i’m in my room, my camera will randomly make noise. i’m not talking about the shutters of the camera, it makes like a song type sound if that makes any sense. It sounds like someone connected to it but i’m the only one with access to my camera from my phone. This worries me because I feel like someone hacked my camera and could be watching me. I’ve heard that sound at least 5 times since I got it (which was around a monthish ago). It’s not unplugged because I don’t know what else to do. Are those random sounds normal?

Have you tried doing a factory reset on the camera? And, then setup again? Here is some guidance on how to do a reset.
