Why cant I view ‘Activities’ in my Windows PC App? I can only view ‘Activities’ with the Android App.
Hi @tmcam thanks for joining the forum! You can view alerts and filter for various activity types provided by your camera(s) in the Windows PC app by clicking on the icon circled below in red.
Mark, It is working now, however for some crazy reason, for the last few months I’ve been using the Windows PC app it always told me that the video was unavailable, but the mobile app always showed the video as available. bottom line is, it works now!!!
