I ordered the 2-pack Yi Home camera for 59.99 on last Thursday (July 15, 2021) through YI Canada store, I did not receive the order confirmed email. Then I sent email to Yi support, got automatic email about 24 hour replying. Right now I did not got any response from Yi. Can some one help me to find out what happen about my order?

I sent email several days ago to the Yi support of Yi Store Canada, I got no response at all,
I sent the email to Yi Store Canada to cancel my order and get back my refund today.
I really do not understand what is happening.
