Unable to purchase subscription in App

I have tried every way to continue my subscription, tap subscribe, clod storage, subscription status, order, subscription management and it just bounces me back to the previous screen. Should I try to delete the app and download it again? Help

We definitely want you to be able to renew your subscription! Another thing to try would be going to cloud.yitechnology.com, login in with your app credentials and renew your sub via the weblink instead of using the app.
