I am unable to pair the wireless outdoor camera to the base station. Spent the week with no solution from support.

@Taylor1547f this Kami Wire free with black removable batteries camera does not require a hub. Its a WIfi camera and you can use it directly by powering it up and connecting to the app. The hub you have is either for sensor kit or the last generation battery camera.
