Too sensitive, Constant alerts.

I’ve installed the Groowls outdoor cameras. I ordered 4, installed only 2 so far but I may wind up returning them if I cannot solve this problem. I get alerts constantly.I changed alert status to day lite hours, but that really defeats the purpose of the cameras.

Sensitivity is set to low Every movement alerts, bugs, mosquitos, the wind, etc. If I can’t adjust this, I may have to return them.

Any suggestions?

Hi Laura, thanks for joining the forum. Unfortunately, my team and I don’t have any experience with the Goowls cams.

But maybe I can offer some general advice. Are getting too many alerts mainly at night when the night vision is on? Or at all hours of the day?
