I have a xiaoyi PTZ camera. Some days ago, the camera suddenly pointing to the roof and I can not turn it down. When I tried to turn it down, it told me “this is as far as I can go” I don’t know why.
That room is super important to me and I hope to get help from xiaoyi, I think maybe that’s a software bug or maybe it can be solved with rebooting it, but the app does not allow me to reboot it.
Does anyone has met the same problem?

@earlesscat I apologize that your YI PTZ camera is not working properly. Have you checked to make sure the camera firmware is up to date? Please unplug the camera power cable and plug back it back in. After doing this, if you are unable to face the camera away from the ceiling, please reset the camera. Use a reset pin or paper clip to reset the camera and pair the camera back in the app. If you are still unable to move the camera, please contact our customer support at support@yitechnology.com to further address this matter.
