Hello. What is your validation email for? Have you checked any spam filters or ‘other inboxes’?

I’m waiting on an account validation email to set my cameras.

And yeah I’ve checked spam and trash folders.

Now I thinking that I’ll send them back

It is usually very quick that. Could you try setting up again and seeing what happens.

Not sure if @Steven_Kami can help with this.
