Hi all
I setup a camera that can be seen by the rest of my family but i have recently changed my broadband provider so i had to reset the camera and install it again. However, when i try and share the camera with my family again, the request goes through but the camera doesn’t show up on my family’s list but it says it is under “shared”. I have also tried it the other way and my family can’t share any cameras with me either. Any suggestions?

The last time I tried to share a new camera, I noticed that I had to delete the old shared users from the list and make a new “share with new person”. Otherwise it just got stucked at “invitation sent”.
It’s not the exact same situation that you have but maybe you could try it.
