Hi, same for me, Yihome/Kami service has been down on google home for 15 days. impossible to link his account or reconnect it … it seems that Yihome has abandoned the support of Google Home :sweat_smile: … as well as the support on this thread

Hi, is the Google home integration working at all? I can login correctly in the browser, i get taken back to the Google home app but then it says COULD NOT REACH YI HOME CAMERA. PLEASE TRY AGAIN
Can you please fix this?

@Steven_Kami if it’s of any help:

  • yi home app up to date 6.0.4_20230117085839
  • Google home app up to date 2.63.1.12

Cameras

  • 2 yi dome guard, fw up to date 12.1.47.2
  • 1 yi home camera 1080p, fw up to date 12.0.37.0

Same problem here. I solved linking both Yi and Kami accounts to Google Home/Assistant.
2 cams are on Yi account and others 2 cams areo Kami account

Do not buy. They push too many ads to the app.
very bad business practice.
