Sd card only showing 6 days of data.

Hi all, since the latest software upgrade I can only access 6 days of video from the drop down date picker. When I try to go back any further the system doesn’t allow it as it is greyed out. Looking into this I am wondering if the cloud profile when you have the choice of 7 days, 15 days and 30 days video playback has been incorporated into the sd side of the system?

As the sd should show all data until it runs out of space and starts to overwrite itself.

Has anyone else come across this issue?

Can you send us what app you are using (Yi or Kami Home)? And what version of the app are you using?

same here using both apps -current versions of each app. they gave us back the missing features but is buggy

I’m using yi app and version v5.1.0-20210924

The support team have informed me that an update at some point will be issued.

Are you on Android? Android has a new release 5.1.1
