Saving to the Cloud or SD?

Hi,

I have just bought and set up a dome camera from you guys.

I have paid a $79 subscription. I thought this set up recording to the cloud.

I am getting notifications of clips of activity, but when I watch them it comes up with a message saying I need an SD card.

If I need an SD card anyway, whats the point of the cloud?

Please explain,

Hello. Can you post a screen shot of the message you are receiving and where when you try to view alerts?
