Receiving alerts notification but not playing anything?

Hi. Have the dome camera. Has been working fine but now alerts received on my phone, but when I check the alert there is nothing there. Software is up to date? Please advise.

Can you reset all alerts in your phone settings and then reset them in your app?

Hello @Gilly, sorry to hear about the alerts problems with the application. Please try to delete the camera from the app. Next, uninstall then reinstall the application from the mobile device then proceed with the pairing process. :slight_smile:

Done all of that several times. Very annoying! ???

Done all of that. Also switched phone off & restarted everything.

If I manually press record, it saves the video clip in the usual album?

Do you have a Micro SD card or a Cloud subscription for the camera?

I have neither. But it has always saved a 6 second clip?

Have you tried resetting the camera itself? Try pressing the button next to the usb power input.

Delete the camera from your app first.

Then set up the camera again

I have tried that, reset everything and now added SDcard.

Are these settings right??

@Gilly from the settings menu of the camera. Scroll down to the bottom on the first page.

To make sure the camera is always recording to your SD card turn off ‘Activity Detection Recording’.

Also turn on Notifications - Video and Photos.
